The apartment features a double metal bed as well as a spacious yard with garden views. Cleaning service is daily and linen changing is done every three days.
Check-in is done at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00
For reservations for the months of July and August, upon booking, the entire amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card (full prepayment). The reservation is not subject to change and, in case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the prepayment is not refundable.
For bookings for the remaining months, in case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations or modifications made less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
In case of no-show, late arrival, or departure before the booked dates, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
